Hubei Feilong Friction & Sealing Materials Co., Ltd. was set up in April 1970. Our company covers an area of 85931 square meters, with total assets of 110 million Yuan. We have more than 1000 workers, among whom, more than 200 are technical persons in all professions. Our main products can be categorized into more than 800 series, such as: brake lining, clutch facing for medium, heavy, light, small trucks and passenger trucks, and front brake pads and rear brake lining for cars. Long Zhong brand products are named as "Chinese Sellable Products", "Hubei Famous Brand Products" and "Quality Trusted Products in China". Long Zhong brand has also won the titles of Chinese Renowned Brand. We have won the following titles successively: One of the 500 Strongest Enterprises in Synthetic Strength of Industrial Enterprises in Hubei Province; the Customers Prized Corporation for Very Good Quality in China; Excellent Corporation of Chinese Friction Material; Excellent Supplier of Dong Feng Dana Company and Chong Qing Dajiang Company. We have passed ISO/TS16949:2002 international quality attestation. Our products sell well in more than 30 provinces (cities), such as Beijing, Shandong, Jilin, Guangzhou, Yunnan and Guizhou, and we have expanded our market to more than 10 countries and regions worldwide, including West Africa, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Our company has cooperated with more than 20 main machine factories in domestic, such as: Dong Feng, First Automobile, China Heavy Auto, Futian, Jianghuai, Liu Auto, Chunlan, HongYu Auto, Qing Auto, and Shang Auto. We are one of the largest enterprises to produce and sell friction materials presently in the whole country, the leading enterprise to produce non-asbestos products in large scale and the cradle for talents in the field of auto friction materials.For 30 years, we have insisted on the development tenet of "high starting point, strong science and technology, professionalism, large scale". We have imported 6 sets of advanced FKM600D plowing mixer, ZPS500 grinder and D1500 dynamotor test machine, chase test machine, shear test machine, and timer, as well as more than 100 sets of liquid pressers made in China. Our annual output is 10 thousand tons of non-asbestos friction materials and 6 thousand tons of asbestos, 5000 thousand sets of brake lining for disc pads, and 3000 thousand sets of drum brake shoes assembly. Our product quality can reach Japanese JISD standard and American SAE standard. To meet the demand of the international market, we have invested more than 10 million Yuan to reform the non-asbestos friction materials production line. With the advantages of provincial level technology center, we always research and develop formulas and processes of non-asbestos constantly. Our environmentally friendly non-asbestos friction materials for light, medium and heavy passenger truck and city bus, which have been developed recently, feature stable brake, high temperature tolerance, less wear, noiseless, long life, less pollution, and energy economizing.
